Introducing the Pay it Back (PiB) concept, putting money back in local pickleball development.
Welcome to IEPP, this is the place to find out about quality pickleball EDUCATOR courses which are affordable and soon accessible all over the world. This is an active project so pages with information will change or be added over time.
IEPP concept
Now that pickleball is spreading rapidly, the biggest threat for an impactful development of the sport is the lack in consistency of how the sport is being introduced to players by players around the world and its development thereafter.
We would like to introduce you to the IEPP concept:
· Focused on worldwide recreational pickleball.
· Worldwide consistency of delivering the foundations, fundamentals and basics of pickleball.
· Affordability and accessibility of its workshops and certification courses.
· Introducing the Pay it Back (PiB) concept which puts money back in local and national pickleball development programs.
What are we looking for?
- Established pickleball teachers/instructors/coaches who are interested to support the worldwide growth of pickleball and therefore interested to crossover to IEPP as a pickleball EDUCATOR or become an IEPP pickleball EDUCATOR TRAINER, they will receive a comprehensive crossover induction to ensure everyone is on the same page whilst conducting IEPP.
- Local individuals who enjoy helping others, they are passionate action drivers that get things done and they are motivated to be developed as a pickleball EDUCATOR.
- National pcickleball organisations (NPO) who would like to affiliate with IEPP in order to support the development of their pickleball communities. The benefit is that they don't have to create/develop their own training and development programs from scratch.
Shaping the grassroots of the pickleball world!
We all know pickleball grassroots is ageless, but pickleball does start for everyone with the same foundations, fundamentals and basics (skills, strategy and rules), therefore IEPP will just focus on recreational pickleball, afterall the majority of players are recreational players, they play just for fun but still like to learn to become a better player.
It's realistic to say, that the correct introduction of the pickleball fundamentas and basics to new players will lead to the creation and development of many talented athletes in all pickleball communities worldwide, who over time can train and compete at international level.
At IEPP we believe pickleball is not only FUN to PLAY but pickleball must also be FUN to TEACH.
It is important for us as an organisation that our pickleball EDUCATORS have FUN developing pickleball. So an IEPP pickleball EDUCATOR you can say with confidence that, pickleball is EASY to TEACH & FUN to TEACH.
It is important for us that all pickleball PLAYERS worldwide passionatly enjoy playing pickleball.
So when a person ask; "What is pickleball"? The easy answer is; "pickleball is EASY to LEARN & FUN to PLAY."
IL programs update!
We have removed the IL4 program to streamline the IL2 and IL3 programs.
We are introducing the NEW IEPP Training Cycle Process(TCP) giving pickleball EDUCATORS more flexibility to utilize their knowledge and experience to support individual player development.
The IEPP pickleball AMBASSADOR code of conduct.
Definition of who an IEPP pickleball AMBASSADOR is, who they represent and why;
- Any person completing any IEPP workshop or course is automatically an IEPP pickleball AMBASSADOR.
- He/she is representing the sport of pickleball in their local/national pickleball community, the sport of pickleball is still in its development stage in most nations and therefore needs positive brand AMBASSADORS.
- The sport of pickleball relies on having a positive image to the inside and outside world to gain more support to further the development of pickleball.
An IEPP pickleball AMBASSADOR shall always conduct themselves in a professional manner, be a go to person to;
· answer questions
· provide advise
· defuse conflict
· provide problem resolution
· guide people to the right person/communities/club/organizations
· protect and support children and vulnerable adults
· support players/communities where possible
An IEPP pickleball AMBASSADOR stands behind the IEPP concept in support of “Shaping the grassroots of the pickleball world”.
As an IEPP pickleball AMBASSADOR you want to become known and respected in a positive light.
Your IEPP pickleball AMBASSADOR status cannot be used for personal gain.

The Pay it Back (PiB) concept can eliminate the lack of access to funding (MONEY).
In the case that anyone invites an IEPP EDUCATOR TRAINER to conduct IEPP/APA pickleball EDUCATOR courses for them directly, arrangements should be made to cover the ET's travel and accomadation cost.
A National Pickleball Organisation has the option to become an IEPP AFFILIATE NPO member, an annual affiliate NPO membership fee is US$/£250
There is NO individual pickleball EDUCATOR membership fee.
The Pay it Back (PiB) concept can support the NPO's or a local pickleball community's development support, if the PiB concept is implemented correctly it should be the way forward of overcoming the initial funding issue.
Funds collected by IEPP will go towards re-investment of pickleball education development expenses.
These fundings SHOULD be used for:
Buying paddles, balls and net systems for new pickleball communities.
Construction/development/maintenance of community pickleball courts.
Funding of IEPP courses for local players in communities.
FUNDING received from PiB SHOULD NOT BENEFIT INDIVIDUALS.
Below you see the PiB guidelines.
